Following GCL’s well received guest blog written for the DMA “The industries that really shine with an inbound marketing strategy” we have decided to continue writing articles for the DMA.In our last blog we covered the types of personalities that every sales team needs in order to be successful and close more deals. Below is an extract from the blog:

While each ESTJ member of your team might excel in individual capacities, chances are tensions and competition will mount if you get them working as a cohort. Dream sales teams are made up of a diverse and complementary assembly of personality types."
